What is the research about?

This project is headed by CÚRAM Research Centre for Medical Devices funded through Taighde Éireann – Research Ireland. It is CÚRAM’s mission to improve the lives of people living with chronic conditions through the development of new and innovative medical devices.

Who is this opportunity for?
We are looking for contributors who would be willing to shape our research through PPI as part of a 10 member advisory panel.  We would like to form a panel of people living with, or caring for someone who lives with, Parkinson’s disease, heart disease, diabetes, chronic wounds, chronic pain, IBD, respiratory illnesses or has suffered a stroke.
What will PPI contributors do?
The goal of this 6 month project is to ask for insight and guidance on developing terms of reference to establish a permanent PPI panel for the research centre in the following 12 month period. The TOR will be published on our website and used to recruit a panel of PPI contributors interested in working with CÚRAM researchers.
