Prof. John Browne
Professor John Browne is a health services researcher with an interest in implementation science. He worked at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) from 1998 to 2008, where he developed the NHS Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) programme. Professor Browne also led the UK National Mastectomy and Breast Reconstruction Audit, which is the world’s largest cohort study in this field with PROMs data. He continues to be interested in ways to represent the patient voice in health services research.
