Since the beginning of 2018, IPPOSI (The Irish Platform for Patient Organisations, Science and Industry) have been ‘matchmaking’ patients with PPI opportunities in the health research/policy/innovation environment in Ireland. Similarly, EUPATIConnect brings EUPATI Patient Experts and researchers together in engagement initiatives.
In 2020/2021, IPPOSI surveyed examples of PPI in Ireland and created a PPI Hub offering an opportunity for PPI practitioners to explore what others have been doing, to contribute examples of what they have been doing, and to connect with members of the public and patients who have expressed an interest in becoming a PPI partner.
This lunchtime webinar will bring together IPPOSI, EUPATI and PPI partners to share their PPI experiences in terms of challenges & opportunities.
