About the All-Island PPI Festival

The All-Island PPI Festival is a month-long celebration of Patient and Public Involvement (PPI) in research, bringing people together to connect, exchange ideas, share learning and strengthen PPI across the island of Ireland. 

We are excited to see the range of Festival events now featured on the Events Calendar, showcasing activities taking place across the Network during this new phase of the All-Island PPI Ignite Network. Stay tuned for more updates as Festival events take place throughout October. 

FESTIVAL 2026

Festival 2026

The fifth annual PPI Festival launched on 1 October 2026 with an in-person event at RCSI. Co-ordinated by the All-Island PPI Ignite Network Central Office, the Launch brought together PPI contributors, researchers, partner organisations and members of the wider Network, and introduced the 2026 Festival programme and the All-Island PPI Ignite Network Seed Funding Programme.
