The Irish Cancer Society Research Team and the LIAM MC Trial are delighted to host the hybrid event, 'Life After Cancer: Breaking the Taboo for Men', on Friday, 25th November in St. Peter's in Cork City from 17:45 - 19:00. Attendees can opt to come to the event in person or watch the event online via a live stream.
Our goal is to support men through cancer and life beyond. This hybrid event will include a panel discussion between both health care professionals and people affected by cancer and will aim to provide men affected by cancer with coping tools for during and after treatment.
Tea and coffee will be available upon arrival at 17:45 and the panel discussion will start at 18:00. There will be a Q&A session after the panel discussion during which online and in-person attendees can ask the speakers questions. There will also be a chance for interested parties to discuss getting involved with PPI in the LIAM MC trial.
