Building PPI relationships: Tools to help patient & community organisations address PPI capacity issues 25 OctoberOct 2023 13:00 - 02:00 Europe/DublinUCD Research Building, Dublin 04, Ireland

National PPI Festival Event

Requests to link researchers with communities are growing. How can we make PPI collaboration more sustainable in practice for patient and community organisations involved with PPI in research?

PPI Ignite Network @ UCD worked with patient and community organisations to create tools to reduce associated burdens these organisations face due to the growth of PPI. This event will give an overview of those tools followed by a panel discussion with patient and community organisations who have co-designed and used these resources.

This is a hybrid event. Lunch from 12.30 for those attending in person. Event streaming begins at 1pm.

This event features panellists from Family Carers Ireland (www.familycarers.ie), Health Research Charities Ireland (www.hrci.ie), and Muscular Dystrophy Ireland (www.mdi.ie).
