The PARKIE (Parkinson's community Awareness of Research; emphasis on Knowledge and Information Exchange) conference was designed as a collaboration between Trinity College Dublin, Early Onset Parkinson's Disease Ireland, and the Neurological Alliance of Ireland. This event was funded by the Health Research Board.
Previously, a survey was circulated nationwide assessing areas of Parkinson's people with Parkinson's would like to learn about. At this half day free conference there will be lectures and discussions about the most frequently selected topics.
