Mark Robinson

Dr Robinson obtained his PhD in Immunology from the University of Otago, Dunedin, New Zealand. He was awarded an HRB Emerging Investigator Award and in 2018, Dr Mark Robinson moved to Maynooth University, where he is a faculty member in the Kathleen Lonsdale Institute for Human Health Research and the Assisting Living and Learning (ALL) Institute. Dr Robinson’s research group studies the immunology of chronic disease. His group focuses on understanding the role of systemic inflammation on the progression of liver disease and its impact on immune responses.
