The importance of co-production and partnership for development of evidence-informed practice and policy
Strengthening the linkage between research, policy and implementation involves changing behaviour. Somebody somewhere
needs to do something differently. Behavioural science research can help identify what needs to change and how. This
seminar will explore the role of co-production and partnership in research driven, evidence-informed policy making. It will
include learnings from the Health Research Board’s applied funding calls, two case studies from researchers, and reflections
from policy and operational decision makers.
