Designed by PPI contributors, for PPI contributors and members of the public who would like to learn about PPI, the Gathering will be an occasion where PPI contributors and people interested in learning more, can meet other like-minded people with to share experiences of PPI in research and to learn from each other. There will be opportunities to listen and to learn, to share experiences so others can learn, to discuss good PPI practices and challenges that arise in PPI, and to contribute ideas on how public and patient involvement can develop further across Ireland.
The main event is in-person in ILAS, University of Galway and there will also be a Zoom component for those who are not able to travel to Galway.
