The Irish Society of Gynaecological Oncology Public and Patient Involvement Group (ISGOPPI) and the All-Ireland Liquid Biopsy Consortium (CLuB) invite you to an afternoon training session for public and patient involvement (PPI).
The session will cover topics previously selected by the ISGO-PPI. The first session will be on Clinical Trials and delivered by Lucy Murphy from Cancer Trials Ireland. This will be followed by a session on "The top 10 ten things you need to know to do PPI successfully" delivered by Michael Foley from Trinity College Dublin. There will be first hand experience of PPI engagement as well as lots of time for questions and answers.
We look forward to welcoming our PPI community in what promises to be a wonderful afternoon. ISGOPPI are delighted to be able to address some of the training needs of our PPI community and offer the opportunity to meet fellow PPI participants.
The event will be hybrid so please register https://shorturl.at/lnxzT and detail if you want to attend in person in the James Joyce Suite, Ashling Hotel, Dublin 8 (next to Heuston Station) or if you would like to join online. The event will start at 2pm sharp and finish by 5pm. Light refreshments will be provided.
