We are so excited to welcome you to the 9th University of Limerick (UL) Public and Patient Involvement (PPI) Summer School - a space for knowledge exchange about public and patient involvement in research.
Our aim is to support diverse people including researchers, community and patient organisations, students, PPI contributors, funders, health service providers & policy makers to come together for learning, discussion, networking and relationship building.
Various workshops pitched for people with different levels of experience with PPI. This year we have two dynamic keynote speakers - Dr Simon Denegri on PPI and policy and Dr Kim Ozano on power and participatory research.
National PPI Ignite colleagues are leading interactive workshops on PPI resources, embedding EDI into PPI and PPI in Doctoral Studies. Patient partners co-facilitate or contribute to the workshop and panel discussions. And of course we welcome back annual essential topics such as PPI in funding applications.
