Introduction
Research Area:
Ovarian cancer
What is the research about?
We are seeking patients and/or survivors of ovarian cancer to join a small (4 person) advisory group to help design an upcoming Ovarian Cancer Research and Networking Event. The goal of this event is to foster collaboration between patients, clinicians, and scientists, who have a common goal of improving patient survival and experience. The purpose of this advisory group is to ensure that the research day reflects the priorities, concerns, and interests of people affected by Ovarian Cancer. Rather than designing the program solely from a research or clinical perspective, we will collaborate with patients and survivors to shape the content, format and focus of the event.
