THE TEAM
Who to talk to at MU
Nicola Mountford
Academic Co-Lead
Dr Mountford is Associate Professor in Healthcare Management at Maynooth University’s School of Business, and a faculty member in the Assisting Living and Learning (ALL) Institute. Dr Mountford’s research investigates the institutional dynamics that shape healthcare systems, with a particular focus on how individuals, organisations, and governments interact in contexts of uncertainty and change.
This work generates new insights into how decision-makers adapt to emerging challenges, and how patient voices, activism, and cross-sectoral collaboration can transform policy and practice.
