The event will celebrate PPI progress to date in the field of thrombosis, and showcase the impact that public and patient involvement (PPI) can have on prevention and awareness of blood clots. At this event, we will launch our new educational materials on Blood Clots in Pregnancy and After Birth, co-created with patients’ input gathered by Thrombosis Ireland, which will be rolled out nationally this October. This event will be an opportunity to foster existing relationships with patients, Thrombosis Ireland, the National VTE Programme, National Women and Infants Health Programme (NWIHP), RCSI and The Rotunda Hospital among others.
