Aim of the event:
We aim to highlight the importance of involving patients and the public in research and education. We will show how the School of Nursing and Midwifery has incorporated patient and public involvement (PPI), the benefits it brings, and what we plan to do next.
Event Description:
Join us in person at the RCSI for an engaging panel discussion with our advisory partners (experts with personal experience) and staff from the School of Nursing and Midwifery. We’ll talk about why and how we include patients and the public in research and education, and share our plans for the future. There will be a Q&A session where you can ask questions, and refreshments will be provided. The event will be audio recorded and made into a podcast to highlight the value of patient and caregiver involvement and encourage more diverse participation in our advisory panel.
